The Lowest Place on Earth Contains The Ability to Heal

Between the Fault Ridge and the Dead Sea, amid breathtakingly beautiful primeval landscapes, the community of Ovnat was established. Our community is home to people in the fields of care and education, art and creativity, spirit and action. We open our sphere to enable groups to experience a day of healing, breathing, and replenishment. By virtue of the unique nature surrounding us and stemming from the strength of our community, we believe in the deep meaning such a day can provide to the hearts that currently live in Israel and are now broken and pain-stricken in the wake of the war.

Our deepest desire is to provide space to those who need it – together we can create the day that suits your needs.

Our audiences

Retreat days for lead teams

Stemming from the belief that every community has a lead team that directs and carries the community on their backs and who, for the past year, have been dealing with overload, trauma, and the need to renew and refresh their tools.

Retreat days for reserve soldiers and their partners

A day that places the relationship and the challenges of extended reserve duty at its center, enabling participants to dive deep and replenish themselves with renewed strength.

Groups and communities affected by war

We host diverse communities for a day of encounters, varied workshops, sessions with professionals, and a discourse circle led by the communities themselves.

Personally tailored retreat days for anyone affected by the war and feels they need it.
